Sole Entitlement. Executive acknowledges and agrees that no other monies or benefits are owing to Executive except as set forth in the Agreement.

Sole Entitlement. Former Employee acknowledges and agrees that his sole entitlement to compensation, payments of any kind, monetary and nonmonetary benefits and perquisites with respect to his prior Tekelec relationship (as an officer and employee) is as set forth in the Severance Plan, this Agreement, the Company’s bonus plan for officers as in effect from time to time, stock option and warrant agreements, COBRA, and such other written agreements and securities between Tekelec and Former Employee as may exist or as may be set forth on Exhibit B hereto.
Sole Entitlement. Associate acknowledges and agrees that no other monies or benefits are owing to Associate except as set forth in the Agreement.
Sole Entitlement. Former Employee acknowledges and agrees that his sole entitlement to compensation, payments of any kind, monetary and nonmonetary benefits and perquisites with respect to his prior Ixia relationship (as an officer and employee) is as set forth in the Severance Plan, this Agreement, the Company’s bonus plans for officers as in effect from time to time, stock option and warrant agreements, COBRA, and such other written agreements and securities between Ixia and Former Employee as may exist or as may be set forth on Exhibit B hereto.
Sole Entitlement. Executive agrees that his sole entitlement to compensation, including base salary and any bonus or other payments of any kind, monetary or nonmonetary benefits, or perquisites, with respect to his employment with or his services rendered to the Company, and all other matters between Executive and the Company and all affiliated persons and entities, including but not limited to, any and all rights or claims arising from or relating to the Employment Agreement, is as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
Sole Entitlement. Employee acknowledges and agrees that no other monies or benefits other than (1) those set forth in this Agreement and the Consulting Services Agreement and (2) Xxxxxxx Corporation Retirement Savings Plan [401(k)] and Employee Stock Ownership Plan benefits, if any, arc owing to Employee.
Sole Entitlement. Employee acknowledges and agrees that except as set forth above or in the Severance Agreement, no other monies or benefits are owing to Employee from Company, either in connection with the termination of Employee’s employment or otherwise.
Sole Entitlement. Former Employee acknowledges and agrees that her sole entitlement to compensation, payments of any kind, monetary and nonmonetary benefits and perquisites with respect to her prior AZGA relationship (as an employee) is as set forth in this Agreement.
Sole Entitlement. Employee agrees that his sole entitlement to compensation, including base salary and any bonus or other payments of any kind, monetary or nonmonetary benefits or perquisites, with respect to his employment with or his services rendered to Employer or Parent, and all other matters among Employee, Employer and Parent, including but not limited to, any and all rights or claims arising from or relating to the Employment Agreement, is as expressly set forth in this Agreement, or as otherwise may be provided to Employee in his capacity as a director of Employer or Parent, as described in Section 4 below.
