Software Support & Maintenance Sample Clauses
Software Support & Maintenance. Subject to Customer’s payment of all applicable fees, PickNik will provide Support & Maintenance for the Software, during the period set forth in the Quote (the “Support & Maintenance Term”). Unless otherwise provided in the Quote (a) such Support & Maintenance Term for Perpetual Licenses will automatically renew for successive 1-year terms, unless a party provides written notice of its intent not to renew at least 90 days prior to the end of then-current Support & Maintenance Term; and (b) such Support & Maintenance Term for Recurring Licenses will be the same as the License Term. Customer is required to install each update to Software within 90 days of it becoming available for installation, in order to be eligible for Support & Maintenance.
Software Support & Maintenance. CloudMinds agrees to provide RED with all necessary driver, firmware, operating system, and other software maintenance for the Product throughout the duration of the Warranty in order to continually meet the Product Specifications, even if non-conformance of Product Specifications is caused by operating system, application, and security updates required by RED customers. CloudMinds agrees to reply within seventy-two (72) hours of notification by RED of such non-conformance and will use its best efforts to complete all necessary modifications to maintain the Product Specification in the shortest time.
