Software Specification. Agile portfolio management tool for tracking and reporting on teams within a Scaled Agile Framework Train. For the avoidance of doubt, any variations to the Software Specification shall be made reasonably and in good faith and, where materially adversely significant to the Licensee, the Licensor shall provide reasonable written notice of any such changes and shall reduce the Charges accordingly or terminate this Agreement in accordance with clause 11.1 of this Agreement.
