Software Functions Sample Clauses

Software Functions. (a) The Software consists of various modular main functions (each a “Feature”). An overview over the Features including a description of their respective functions is made available to the Customers in Text Form (the “Software Description”) in the course of the conclusion of the Contract. The description of the Features in the Software Description is conclusive, and the Provider is not obliged to include further functions in the Software. (b) The Provider ensures that the Software is suitable for fulfilling the Features included in the Subscription Model agreed upon in the Contract. The Contract does not constitute a warranty of characteristics (Zusicherung von Eigenschaften) within the meaning of § 536 (2) BGB.
