SOFTWARE PRODUCTS COVERED. CMC will support and maintain the Licensed Program in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. From time-to-time, CMC may provide only limited support for Third Party Products with respect to the use of the Licensed Program. Customer is responsible for obtaining primary support of the Third-Party Products under separate agreement with the providers of such services.
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS COVERED. Only the following Software Products set forth in this Section’s table are covered under this Agreement. Telephone or on-site support for any other products or for exclusions under Section (II) (5), will be billed to COUNTY at ECHO'S rates set forth in Exhibit A. All exhibits are attached and incorporated by reference.
SOFTWARE PRODUCTS COVERED. Products covered under this warranty and any ensuing maintenance orders are all offeror developed competitive software (i.e. updates, bug fixes, modifications, enhancements, improvements, additions, versions, and new releases, etc.) to a COTS software product already offered under this agreement.
