Software Malfunctions Sample Clauses

Software Malfunctions. A. ACRES will treat problems that emanate from "bugs", code errors, documentation errors or problems of interpretation in Software and Hardware with the highest possible priority. B. IGT agrees to report Software, Firmware and Hardware malfunctions to ACRES. ACRES will endeavor to discover, define, correct and disclose the problem as such knowledge or information becomes available to ACRES. D. IGT acknowledges that implementation of replacements and/or workarounds may be subject to regulatory approval. Acres and IGT will use their best efforts to obtain any and all such regulatory approvals in an expedited manner.
