Software Maintenance Outage. EIS will conduct Software maintenance that may result in a System Outage and/or a Software Outage (“Software Maintenance Outage”). EIS will use reasonable efforts to notify Customer using the Issue Tracking System at least seven (7) days prior to any planned Software maintenance that may result in a Software Maintenance Outage.
