Solutions (India) Private Limited Allscripts- Misys Healthcare Solutions, Inc. and its Affiliates Misys to provide software development services from its Bangalore, India location per requests by Allscripts pursuant to the SDLC Process. The services shall include: • Development • Quality Assurance • Performance Testing • Sustenance Engineering Services • Tech Pubs • Business/Design Analysts • Project Management/Technical Management • Architects • Release Mgt/Conf. Mgt • Other Misc software development Services as agreed For purposes of clarification, these software development services do not include any of the services described in row 1.3 below. The Fees will be calculated by a rate card, as provided on Exhibit F-1. Other material costs as needed (e.g., specialized hardware specific to project needs, specialized software licenses specific to project needs, etc.). 60 days written notice
