The Service Period may be extended upon mutual written agreement of the parties provided The Fees will be calculated by using an hourly rate of: (a) $18.65 from the Effective Date until the date that is two (2) months form the Effective Date; and Termination not permitted except as set out in section 1.7(b) below and on the conditions set out in that section.
