Software Configurator. Comarco shall, at Comarco’s sole cost, design and, during the term of this Agreement, host and maintain a configurator software database that is accessible on Targus’ branded-website which shall allow customers to determine the type of Product needed for their laptop/notebook computers. Comarco shall reasonably consider, in good faith, Targus’ suggestions and input regarding improvements to such database and website.
