Passthrough Warranties Sample Clauses

Passthrough Warranties. Seller shall, to the extent permitted by Applicable Law and the applicable manufacturer and supplier and provided that it is at no cost to Seller, transfer to Buyer all manufacturers' and suppliers' warranties for the Licensed Software, and the Seller shall, upon the Buyer's reasonable request, execute such documentation reasonably acceptable to Seller that is necessary to effectuate the transfer.
