Software and Data Maintenance Services. Unless otherwise determined by Client, Provider shall update and keep current all releases of Provider Software to the latest releases (or versions) then commercially available, and shall further provide maintenance and support services for the current release of such Provider Software and at least two releases prior to the current version (i.e., maintenance and support for the current version and the n-1 and n-2 versions) in accordance with the applicable Statements of Work. All software maintenance and warranty services, including, without limitation, all help desk support for troubleshooting, diagnosis, correction and resolution of problems, and provision of Provider Software updates, upgrades, bug fixes, new releases, shall be set forth in the applicable Statements of Work. The obligation to keep Software releases current and to provide maintenance and support services relating thereto shall be further set forth in the applicable Statements of Work.
