Common use of SoFi HK’s Capacity Clause in Contracts

SoFi HK’s Capacity. You agree that SoFi HK is acting as your agent unless SoFi HK otherwise notifies you in the contract note for the relevant transaction or by other means. Where SoFi HK acts as principal in a transaction, it will only do so where the transaction is on commercial terms and those terms are not less favourable to you than you could have obtained through SoFi HK if SoFi HK had not so acted as principal.
