Common use of Social Value Clause in Contracts

Social Value. During the term of the Agreement, the Supplier will, where requested by the Client, engage with the Client to assist the Client in meeting the objectives of the Client’s Environmental, Social and Governance Policy (“ESG Policy”). A copy of the ESG Policy is available on the Client’s website and the Supplier will be expected to be familiar with the ESG Policy.
