Common use of Social Interaction Clause in Contracts

Social Interaction. 14.1 The Occupant / Tenant will not cause nuisance or annoyance to any other Occupant / Tenant, and will treat all Occupants and Tenants with respect. They will not obstruct the paths set out by the Association on the Allotments. Occupant / Tenants who harass or cause nuisance or annoyance to other Occupant / Tenants may face eviction. 14.2 The Social Interaction Policy recommended by the National Society of Allotment & Leisure Gardeners has been adopted by NATC and NADCAA across all of the allotment fields in ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Abbot - please see the NADCAA website for all policies. 14.3 Any complaints or disputes will be resolved using the Allotments Complaints & Disputes Policy - please see the NADCAA website for all policies.
