Common use of Snow clearing Clause in Contracts

Snow clearing. The tenant must keep all walkways and driveways on their Site cleared of snow at all times. At the option of the landlord and after providing 3 days written notice the landlord may clear the snow at the expense of the tenant. Such work will be billed to the tenant at the cost to the landlord plus 20%. Tenant must also keep a pathway cleared to the gas meter at all times for meter reading.
