Common use of SNAGS Clause in Contracts

SNAGS. The Purchaser will retain a minimum of 2 snags per acre and 2 recruitment trees per acre that are >21 inches dbh within each harvest unit unless superseded by Section VII.

SNAGS. The Purchaser purchaser will retain a minimum of 2 snags per acre and 2 as many recruitment trees per acre that are >21 inches dbh within each harvest unit unless superseded by Section VII.
