Smoothing. (A) Where during a regular scheduled shift rotation, a fulltime Nurse may be required to work in excess of seventy-five (75) hours in a two (2) week period, additional hours shall not constitute overtime in that two (2) week period, provided the hours of work average seventy-five (75) hours per two (2) weeks of each complete cycle of the shift schedule.
