Common use of SMOKING BREAKS Clause in Contracts

SMOKING BREAKS. There is no such category as a “smoke break” at Fort ▇▇▇▇▇▇. If an Employee wishes to smoke, in a designated smoking area, they may do so during their granted break period(s).

Smoking will only be allowed in designated areas of Commands that are not considered tobacco free workplaces.
