Common use of SmarTone Screen ReplaceTM Clause in Contracts

SmarTone Screen ReplaceTM. 2.1 As an integral part of the telecommunications services and/or products you have purchased from SmarTone, SmarTone Screen Replace™ provides reimbursement (“Reimbursement”) for accidental physical damage to the device screen and /or its attached LCD panel of a designated smartphone purchased from SmarTone (“Purchased Device”). The Reimbursement only applies to the repair or replacement cost in respect of the Purchased Device’s screen or LCD panel if it is damaged by an accident to the device.

SmarTone Screen ReplaceTM. 2.1 As an integral part of the telecommunications services and/or products you have purchased from SmarTone, SmarTone Screen Replace™ provides reimbursement (“the Reimbursement”) for accidental physical damage to the device screen and /or its attached LCD panel of a designated smartphone purchased from SmarTone (“Purchased Covered Device”). The Reimbursement only applies to the repair or replacement cost in respect of on the Purchased Covered Device’s screen or LCD panel if it that is damaged caused by an accident to the device; such accident resulting from an unexpected and unintentional external event that arises from the Customer’s normal daily usage.
