Common use of Small-Scale Productions Clause in Contracts

Small-Scale Productions. In the case of small-scale productions, all Production Stage Managers and Stage Managers shall be engaged one (1) week prior to the commencement of rehearsals. However, this preparation period may be negotiated with Equity but shall in no event be less than three (3) days. In the case of small-scale productions for which an Assistant Stage Manager is engaged, the preparation allowance may be negotiated with Equity but shall in no event be less than one -sixth (1/6) of the weekly fee. An Assistant Stage Manager engaged for a small-scale production, shall be engaged for the commencement of rehearsals.
