SMALL PACKAGE PROGRAM. If items shipped via ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Small Packages program are lost, dam- aged or destroyed while in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ possession, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL BE $100 per package UNLESS AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT SHIPPER MAKES A DECLARATION OF VALUE IN THE SPACE DESIGNATED ON THE SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS AND PAYS THE APPROPRIATE VALUATION CHARGE. If small packages are received by the Shipper and notice of loss or damage is not received by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ within 15 days of the delivery of the property, the parties agree that the presumption shall arise that the property was delivered in proper quantity and in good condition.
