Slip. Lessor hereby leases to Lessee, and Lessee hereby leases from Lessor, the Slip(s) identified above located in SOUTH BAY Marina (the “Marina”). For purposes of this Agreement, a Slip shall be deemed to include the dock(s) to which such Slip(s) are attached. a) Only the Boat identified in Section 23, below (the “Boat”), may be moored in the Slip, except that Lessee may keep one "dinghy", or "tender" owned by Lessee in the Slip, provided the same is / are entirely contained within the space of the defined Slip, and further provided that the same are moored to, on or with the Boat. In order to be classified as a "dinghy" or "tender", under the terms of this section, a "dinghy" or "tender" is defined as a small open boat that is carried as a lifeboat or pleasure craft on a larger boat. The "dinghy" or "tender" must have a means to be carried upon and be affixed to the primary boat or vessel as identified in Section 23. Neither the Boat, nor any dinghy, or tender may overhang or obstruct any portion of docks, sidewalks, or other common areas. In the event Lessee obtains a vessel other than the Boat, Lessor reserves the right to either require Lessee to execute a new Slip Rental Agreement, or substitute the new vessel, in Lessor’s sole discretion. b) If Lessee intends to moor a Personal Watercraft (“PWC”) in the Slip, only the PWC identified in Section 24, below, may be moored in the Slip. The PWC may not overhang or obstruct any portion of docks, sidewalks, or other common areas. In the event Lessee obtains a vessel other than the PWC, Lessor reserves the right to either require Lessee to execute a new Slip Rental Agreement, or substitute the new vessel, in Lessor’s sole discretion. c) Only one (1) Boat or vessel or a PWC may be moored in a defined Slip at one time. Lessee must moor the Boat and any PWC in two (2) separate Slips, as set forth above, subject to two (2) separate Rental Rates.
