SKU Sample Clauses

The SKU clause defines the specific Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) that are covered or referenced within the agreement. It typically lists or describes the unique product codes or identifiers that correspond to particular goods or services being supplied, ensuring that both parties are clear on exactly which items are included. By specifying SKUs, this clause eliminates ambiguity about product selection, helps manage inventory and fulfillment, and reduces the risk of disputes over what is being delivered or purchased.
