Skirting Requirements. New skirting, or skirting being replaced, shall be of approved vinyl installed vertically in a two-track system. All skirting shall be harmonious with the home and properly maintained. Wood or sheet metal skirting is not allowed. The Lessee shall not impede access to the area under his/her home.
