Skips Clause Samples
The "Skips" clause defines the conditions under which certain scheduled obligations or actions may be temporarily bypassed or omitted. In practice, this clause might apply to regular payments, deliveries, or services, specifying when a party is permitted to skip a scheduled occurrence, such as during holidays or unforeseen events. Its core function is to provide flexibility in the contract schedule, ensuring that both parties have clear guidelines for when and how obligations can be deferred without breaching the agreement.

Skips. Not to use the skips in the Allotment Garden for any purpose other than for the deposit of refuse and/or decaying matter generated from the Allotment only (rubble, wood and metals are not permitted to be disposed of within the skips).
Skips. On Croft and University allotments a skip will be provided by the Council annually. The date will be posted on the noticeboard. Only legitimate allotment waste is to be deposited in the skips. Before lighting any bonfire the tenant should give due consideration to the weather conditions so as not to cause a nuisance to neighbouring properties. When vacating an allotment the site is to be left in a clean, empty and tidy state and any constructions removed . It is agreed between the parties that this agreement supersedes and replaces any other agreement whether verbal or written.
