Skipped Steps Clause Samples
Skipped Steps. In cases where a Bargaining Unit Member engages in serious misconduct, any of these steps up to step three (3) may be skipped at the determination of Namaste, provided that just cause for discipline imposed is established. All discipline beyond step two (2) shall occur only with approval of the Executive Director or their designee.
Skipped Steps. Any of these steps may be skipped based upon the severity of the alleged action at the Principal's determination, provided that just cause for discipline imposed is established.
