Skill and Knowledge. This covers the nature and level of skill, knowledge and mental application required in performing work. Positions vary in the kind, amount, and depth of skill and knowledge needed as well as in the manner, frequency, and extent to which they are used.
Skill and Knowledge. Each CSA must possess excellent customer service (prior experience helpful) and organizational skills. Each CSA must be able to work independently and be able to adjust to new situations and changing priorities.
Skill and Knowledge.  Minimum of two years flight line experience with specific experience on UC-35 (Citation V Ultra/Encore) aircraft preferred.
