SKC guarantee Sample Clauses

SKC guarantee. If, at any time, Mechel Mining owns 100 per cent. of the share capital in SKC, the Borrower shall ensure that SKC promptly provides an uncapped guarantee in favour of the Facility Agent of all of the obligations of the Borrower under the Finance Documents (the document creating such guarantee to be in form and substance satisfactory to the Facility Agent and prepared at the cost of the Borrower).
