SJHC Access During the Works Phase. (a) Subject to Section 19.1(b) but without limiting any of SJHC’s rights in respect of the Sites, Project Co acknowledges and agrees that SJHC and the SJHC Parties shall, prior to Substantial Completion, have unrestricted access to the Sites, the Facility and any workshop where materials, plant or equipment are being manufactured, prepared or stored at all reasonable times during normal working hours. (b) In exercising their access rights under Section 19.1(a), SJHC and the SJHC Parties shall: (i) provide reasonable prior notice appropriate to the circumstances (other than for any offices or other facilities provided at the Sites for SJHC’s own use); (ii) comply with all relevant safety procedures and any reasonable directions with regard to site safety that may be issued by or on behalf of the Project Co Representative from time to time; and (iii) if required by Project Co, be accompanied by a representative of Project Co or a Project Co Party.
