Common use of Site yard Clause in Contracts

Site yard.  The Employer will provide a site for the Contractor’s yard at a location that is indicated to the Contractor. The Contractor provides all the facilities required by him for such a site at his cost (Including fencing of area as per requirements). The Contractor maintains the site to meet the requirements of the health and safety requirements as per the requirements of the Project Manager. The Contractor restores the site to its original state i.e., clean and no rubble. Inspection will be held by the Supervisor and signed off.
