Site yard Clause Samples
The 'Site yard' clause defines the allocation and use of a designated area on or near the construction site for storage, assembly, or other project-related activities. Typically, this clause specifies which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, and securing the yard, as well as any restrictions on its use, such as access hours or permitted materials. By clearly outlining these responsibilities and limitations, the clause helps prevent disputes over site logistics and ensures efficient and organized use of space during the project.
