Site Visits. 3.2.1.1 The A/E will make visits to the Site at intervals as provided in the A/E’s contract agreement with the Owner, to observe the progress and the quality of the various aspects of Contractor’s executed Work and report findings to the Owner. 3.2.1.2 The A/E has the authority to interpret Contract Documents and inspect the Work for compliance and conformance with the Contract. Except as referenced in Article 3.1.5.2, the Owner retains the sole authority to accept or reject Work and issue direction for correction, removal, or replacement of Work.
