Site Under Control Clause Samples

The "Site Under Control" clause establishes that a specific party, typically the contractor or project manager, has authority over the designated project site during the term of the agreement. This means that the responsible party manages access, oversees activities, and ensures compliance with safety and operational protocols on the premises. By clearly defining who controls the site, the clause helps prevent unauthorized entry, reduces liability risks, and ensures that work can proceed efficiently and safely.
