Site; Title Report. City will use its best efforts to identify and control a site(s) at or near the City or at the San Francisco International Airport for the location of the Facility either through the optioning of a site or an equivalent governmental memorandum of understanding, acquisition of a site, or the leasing thereof, for a term sufficient to comply with the provisions of the Facility Agreements. Prior to the Department Commitment Time, the City will obtain a [leasehold] title report (together with municipal searches) from a title insurance company reasonably acceptable to the Department with respect to the City’s [leasehold] interest in the site.
