Common use of Site Lighting Clause in Contracts

Site Lighting. Exterior lighting will be supplied by wall-mounted light fixtures commonly referred to as “wall-paks” as well as pole mounted light fixtures if necessary to meet code. All exterior lights will be controlled via photocells.

Exterior lighting will be supplied by wall-mounted light fixtures (13 each) commonly referred to as “"wall-paks” " as well as pole mounted light fixtures if necessary (7 each) to meet codedesign specification. All exterior lights will be controlled via photocells. At a minimum, all parking areas will be lit sufficiently to meet or exceed applicable code.
