Site Grading. Seller shall at no cost or expense to SSS undertake the grading of the Site where the Wet Plant is to be located. Seller shall do so in accordance with applicable Law and Prudent Construction/Operation Practice and shall complete such Site grading prior to the Required On-Site Construction Date.
