Site Evaluations. A. For those areas with potential or known releases of hazardous substances not identified before the effective date of this Agreement, the DOE agrees to: (a) provide notice to EPA and SCDHEC in accordance with Section 300.405 of the NCP and to provide notification within 15 business days of discovery for those areas for which a Removal Site Evaluation Report will be submitted; and
