Common use of Site Content Clause in Contracts

Site Content. 10.1 [The Supplier shall update the Site with Materials provided from time to time by the Customer.] 10.2 [The Supplier shall grant the Customer access to the Server in order to update information held on the Site.] 10.3 [The Supplier shall include only Materials on the Site.
