SITE ANALYSIS SERVICES. In the Site Analysis Phase the Architect, shall provide those services designated necessary to establish site-related limitations and requirements for the Project. Some of the described services will be provided during pre-design activities and some during other phases of Project design. Grouping herein is for convenience to identify the site analysis services required for the project. The following descriptions shall apply to those services assigned as the responsibility of the Architect.
