Common use of Site Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Site Acquisition. Project Site: Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 502 below, shall on or before August 1, 2020 acquire fee title to the Project Site. Redeveloper may seek reimbursement from TIF Bond Proceeds up to One Million One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Dollars ($1,194,000) for the acquisition of the Project Site; and
