Common use of Site Acquisition Clause in Contracts

Site Acquisition. Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 503, and from a grant of Revenue Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 805 below, shall on or before May 30, 2017 acquire fee title to the Project Site for the sum of $3,080,000.00.

Site Acquisition. Project Site: Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 503, and from a grant of Revenue Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 805 502 below, shall on or before May 30August 1, 2017 2020 acquire fee title to the Project Site Site. Redeveloper may seek reimbursement from TIF Bond Proceeds up to One Million One Hundred Ninety Four Thousand Dollars ($1,194,000) for the sum acquisition of $3,080,000.00.the Project Site; and

Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 503, and from a grant of Revenue Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 805 503 below, shall on or before May April 30, 2017 2018 acquire fee title to the Project Site for the sum of $3,080,000.006,250,000.00.

Site Acquisition. Redeveloper, at its own cost and expense subject to reimbursement from a grant of TIF Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 503, and from a grant of Revenue Bond Proceeds, as provided in Section 805 503 below, has acquired or shall on or before May within thirty (30, 2017 ) days acquire fee title to the Project Site Site. Redeveloper may seek reimbursement from TIF Bond Proceeds up to Five Hundred Thirty-Seven Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($537,400) for the sum acquisition of $3,080,000.00the Project Site.
