Common use of Site Access Clause in Contracts

Site Access. 13.1 After the Effective Date and provided that the Service Provider is entitled to do so, and further provided 14 days advance notice has been given by the Client to the Service Provider in writing, the Service Provider will facilitate the Client in allowing the Client access to a Site, or Sites, provided the Service Provider is satisfied that the Service Provider’s requirements (operational, environmental, health and safety, etc.) on the Site, or Sites, will be adhered to. On any Site visit the Client or any of its employees, servants, representatives or agents, may, at the Service Provider’s discretion, be accompanied by a representative of the Service Provider.
