Common use of Sinking Payments Clause in Contracts

Sinking Payments. The amounts in the foregoing table shall be reduced to the extent practicable so as to maintain substantially level debt service on the Bonds, as a result of any prior partial redemption of the Bonds pursuant to Section 2.03(A)(i) above, as specified in writing by the Treasurer to the Fiscal Agent (with a copy to the Executive Director).
