Single Relationship. The parties and their Affiliates intend that all Transactions and all other obligations (whether or not arising under this Agreement, whether or not matured, whether or not contingent and regardless of the currency, place of payment or booking office of the obligation) shall be treated as mutual and part of a single, indivisible contractual and business relationship.
