Single Audit Act. ‌ 42 If Provider or its subcontractor is a subrecipient of Federal awards as defined by OMB Uniform 43 Guidance Subpart F, Provider and its subcontractors shall maintain records that identify all 44 Federal funds received and expended. Subcontractor expressly 31 agrees and understands that North Sound BH-ASO is a third-party beneficiary to 32 this Contract and shall have the right to bring an action against subcontractor to 33 enforce the provisions of this paragraph.” 34 35 Those written subcontracts shall: 38 required by law for the performance of the services to be performed under this 39 Contract;
