Common use of SINGLE AUDIT ACT OF 1984 Clause in Contracts

SINGLE AUDIT ACT OF 1984. In compliance with the Single Audit Act of 1984, the CP agrees to the following: This Agreement is subject to audit by federal and state agencies or their authorized representative in accordance with the auditing standards promulgated by the Comptroller General of the United States and specified in Government Auditing Standards, 1994 Revisions (Yellow Book). The audit requirement of this Agreement will be satisfied if a single audit is performed under the provisions of the Single Audit Act of 1984, 31 U.S.C. § 7501, et seq., and all rules and regulations promulgated pursuant to the Act. PA eHealth may have federal and state agencies or their authorized representatives to perform additional audits of a financial/compliance, economy/efficiency, or program results nature, if deemed necessary. The CP further agrees to comply with requirements that may be issued by the state agency upon receipt of additional guidance received from the federal government regarding the Single Audit Act of 1984.
