Simultaneous Transactions. All transactions occurring at the Closing as specified in Section 2.5 and 2.6 shall be deemed to take place simultaneously and no transaction shall be deemed to have been completed and no document or certificate shall be deemed to have been delivered until all transactions are completed and all documents delivered. Unless otherwise indicated, all documents and certificates shall be dated on or as of the Closing Date.
