Simultaneous Termination. If any of the Other Agreements are terminated by Buyer prior to Closing for any reason, this Agreement shall be deemed to be terminated simultaneously with the termination of such other Agreement(s), and the Deposit under this Agreement shall be treated in a manner consistent with the disposition of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ money deposit under the terminated Other Agreement(s).
