Simultaneous Termination Clause Samples
The Simultaneous Termination clause establishes that the agreement will end at the same time as another specified contract or set of contracts. In practice, this means that if the referenced agreement is terminated for any reason—such as breach, expiration, or mutual consent—then this agreement will automatically terminate as well, without the need for additional notice or action. This clause is commonly used in situations where multiple agreements are interdependent, ensuring that parties are not bound by one contract if the related contract is no longer in effect, thereby maintaining alignment and reducing the risk of conflicting obligations.
